Ejecting a CD from the Patron Computers
Hello Everyone, I just helped a patron who couldnot get her CD to eject from patron computer #11. After making sure everything was closed down, I right clicked on the eject CD icon on the desktop and then clicked on Open. Out popped the CD! I hope this helps the next time a CD is "stuck" Pamela Bagby

I had a patron whose CD was good and stuck. We rebooted the system a couple times and hit the eject icon with no luck. Finally, DG advised me to reboot the computer and, as I was turning it on, hold down the left mouse button. I did and the CD popped out automatically before the computer had even fully loaded.
